What you need to know
  • Tour lasts approximately 3 hours.
  • Closed-toed shoes are required and long hair must be tied back and secured.
  • Zippers must be in reasonably good physical condition and actively participate in the tour. Guests must also be able to hold both hands over their head in order to self-regulate speed and braking.
  • Minimum age is 10 years old and zippers must weigh between 70 and 250 pounds.
  • Parent/Legal guardian must sign a Participant Agreement form (waiver) before starting the tour if under 18.
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled zip tour for gear fitting.
  • Present the confirmation number from your Xplorie order confirmation to redeem.

  • Your admission includes 15 minutes of instruction and 60 minutes of throwing.
  • Minimum of 2 guests.
  • Each lane can hold up to 6 guests.
  • Hero’s Axe Throwing has invested in safety-designed no-bounce borders and end grain targets for your safety.
  • All who throw axes MUST WEAR SHOES THAT COMPLETELY COVER THEIR TOES. We do not recommend loose clothing, just comfortable clothes. You cannot wear high heels, sandals, or flip-flops.
  • While outside food and non-alcoholic drink is allowed, alcohol is not currently permitted in our establishment; however, Highlanders Tavern is next door.
  • Our minimum age to throw at HERO’S is 10 years old. Individuals age 10 to 17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver for them and they must be present when those that are underage are throwing.
  • Fill out waiver by following link provided.
    • Please be sure everyone who signs waiver puts the day of appointment on their waivers, and the name of your party.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
  • Use your photo ID upon arrival to check in.

Rivergirl offers tubes that feature backrests and cupholders, and also have tubes that have floors and carabiners for kids!
