Brightside never charges per-user or per-booking fees of any kind. Their services are available for a low, affordable monthly fee that includes everything including hosting your copy of the software on multiple redundant servers, phone and email support, and some software customization. You pay month-to-month and there’s never any long-term contract for use of the software.
With three levels of service (Basic – $150.00 per month for up to 49 properties, Standard – $250 per month, and Premium – $350.00) you can scale services and features up or down to meet your needs. All plans require a $300 set-up fee that covers installation, set-up, and training.
You can convert your existing data from your old reservation system to Brightside Rental Management so you can keep all of your existing guest, reservation and financial information without spending hours manually inputting your data.
They also offer website integration and will create a whole new website for your business, or just integrate API credentials into your existing site. They also offer plugins for many popular CMAs.
