The demand for vacation rentals is higher than ever before thanks to the post-COVID trends that have pushed travelers to choose a safe, secluded stay in the comfort of a home-away-from-home. Corporates once confined to their offices are booking extended stays for an oceanfront office, families are escaping the cities and home-schooling their kids in safe, scenic destinations with lots of outdoor activities, seniors are taking their vaxications … and so the demand for vacation rentals rises and the vacation rental market continues to expand.
